The training manual is an extensive tool to your success as a premier athlete or just someone who want to get into great physical condition. Included are 70 plus full color pages with easy to read instructions for each exercise. Also included in the training manual is one sample workout.
I designed the training manual with every type of person in mind. If you have a busy work week and limited time there are things you can do in the evening at home with no gym equipment. If you are a top-level athlete there are exercises that will push you physically and mentally in your pursuit to be the most rounded athlete possible.
The training manual is the first step in your adventure to the top step. The next level is to have me guide your journey through my extensive training programs that I will design for you. All of the programs will use exercises in the manual, so you will know exactly what exercise to do and how properly to do it without me being there with you. The training manual is included with each training program purchase and every training camp.

Lay on an exercise ball and have the ball at your upper shoulders. Have your knees and bent and your elbows behind your head. Fig. 7A.
Lift up with your stomach muscles (not your elbows) until your upper and lower body are about 90 degrees. Fig. 7B.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat. Focus on tightening your stomach muscles during the entire workout for the best benefit.
